I’ve named this place “Warp” because I want to take clients from where they are now to a place they have never been to.

There are many types of hair salons in Japan. Some use cheap hair products, some rush their clients etc. If I were a client, I would not like to be treated like this.

I consult with each and every client until they are 100 percent satisfied. I will only use hair products that I’ve tried myself which are of a very high quality.

Customer service is very important at Warp, we will do our best for our clients so that they have a wonderful and relaxing time and are more than satisfied with our service.

All of my staff understand this “YUZI-ISM” stated above, and we will do our best to meet each client’s expectations, so that they will return again and again.
